Dr. Mitchell Rubinstein chairs the Technology Committee for the New York State Dental Association and co-authored their official HIPAA compliance course. He served as Education Director for the New York County Dental Society (2018–2023) and remains active on the ADA’s Standards Committee for Informatics.

A Fellow of the American College of Dentists, Dr. Rubinstein is also on the research faculty at the University of Rochester’s Eastman Institute for Oral Health and the National Dental Practice-Based Research Network. He practices esthetic and restorative dentistry in New York City.
